Equipment
RTP Road markings uses only purpose built road marking equipment designed to spray road markings at the specified client spread rates for road marking paint on any surface area. This ensures that the paint is correctly applied in a professional manner without any thin areas or “splatter” occurring. Our equipment is capable of working 24 hours a day and at our clients convenience.
RTP Road Markings makes use of professionally cut aluminum stencils for the application of reflective numbering. This ensures that all numbers painted are in a standardized font, neatly edged and symmetrical. The use of the stencils also ensures that all border lines and corners are straight and precise. By doing this your house number is clearly visible at all times throughout the day and night.
RTP Road Markings will place your house number on the street curb at the edge of the driveway. This ensures that your house number will be clearly visible to all emergency responders, SAPS vehicles, service technicians, delivery drivers when searching for your house number.
Materials
Only SABS approved road marking paint is used for all our road marking projects and reflective house numbering. It is applied in line with the professional specifications and standards received from our paint suppliers.
Throughout our road marking projects our equipment sprays directly from the suppliers paint drum onto the road surface.
The reflective numbering process involves painting a black background followed by painting the house number with a white hysheen road marking paint on top of the black background. During the application of the white number a reflective glass bead is simultaneously sprayed onto the white road marking paint. This ensures that the number is highly reflective and clearly visible when any vehicle approaches the number at night time.
Staff
Many of our operating staff have been with us for over 10 years and we have a depth of experience that enables us to work to a high standard and to your exact requirements. The management team has over 40 years combined experience in the roadworks industry. Our head operational technician has 40 years of experience in road markings for both the public and private sector and is responsible for spear heading our team.
All our personnel are South Africans and most of them have been employed by us for over 10 years.

RTP road markings’ teams are capable of working to suit your particular time specifications and constraints. We can work after-hours and on weekends at no extra charge to ensure that your staff and customers suffer the minimum of inconvenience.
